For over 40 years, C.A.R.E. Services has been the organization Ellis County families turn to when the rent is short, the pantry is empty, or the utility shutoff notice arrives. We've distributed 630,000 pounds of food, served 2,800 neighbors annually, and logged 8,000 volunteer hours, all because this community refuses to leave anyone behind.
When your business partners with us, you're not sponsoring a cause from a distance. You're standing in a parking lot on Ferris Ave in Waxahachie, handing a box of groceries to a neighbor who needed someone to show up. We've been serving Ellis County neighbors for over 40 years. Volunteer as a Team
Bring your crew for a morning of hands-on service at our Waxahachie food pantry and distribution center. Groups of 5 to 50 are welcome. Your team works shoulder to shoulder with our regular volunteers — loading grocery boxes, directing curbside distribution, and serving Ellis County neighbors in real time.
No experience needed. Just willing hands and a few hours of dedication.

Give as a Team
Organize a company giving campaign and put your employees' generosity to work for Ellis County. Options include:
Matching gift campaigns
Match what your employees give to C.A.R.E. Services dollar for dollar. Every gift stays in Ellis County and goes directly to neighbors in need.
In-kind supply drives
Set up a collection point at your office or facility. We'll provide bins, promotional materials, and pickup coordination. Most-needed items include canned proteins, peanut butter, rice, pasta, cooking oil, and hygiene products.

What a Morning With C.A.R.E. Services Produces
